In order to register, please fill out all fields of the Registration Form in CAPITAL LETTERS and return it to the Congress Secretariat.

You can register:
- On line, through this website of the Conference
- By fax: +34 91 355 9208 (using the registration form)
- By post mail  (using the registration form)

Please notice that only forms that have been properly filled in and accompanied by proof of payment will be accepted. Please complete one form for each participant attending to the Conference. Please make a copy for your colleagues.

When the Registration Form with correct payment is received, the Conference Secretariat will send to each participant a confirmation and receipt notice, preferably by e-mail.






*** Students must attach a copy of their student ID or enclose a letter by the Head of the Department certifying their student status.

 

In order to benefit from the discount of the early registration fee, the payment must be received before June 30th. If the payment is received after this date, full late registration fee will be applicable even if the registration form was sent before June 30th.

What is covered by the fee:

1.- GENERAL PARTICIPANTS AND MEMBERS OF THE SOCIETY

• Conference material (documentation, CD + printed version of the Special Volume)
• Attendance to all scientific sessions and workshops
• Certificate of Attendance and/or Participation
• Lunches and coffee-breaks
• Welcome party cocktail on Monday September 24th
• Cultural event on Tuesday September 25th
• One of the technical visits on Thursday afternoon, September 27th
• One ticket for free public transport in the period of September 24th-27th
• An accident insurance (only for non Spanish citizens)

2.- STUDENTS
Student registration does not include book of abstracts and proceedings.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
All payments must be made in EUROS to Technical Secretariat TILESA OPC, S.L., by one of the following methods:

  If you use this method of payment, please do not forget to include the following reference in the bank transfer “ECSMGE 2007 Registration Fee” + your name and send a copy of the bank transfer together with the Registration Form to the Conference Secretariat in order to enable identification of payment. Please notice that participants are responsible for all bank transfer charges.

  Please enter the credit card number, the expiration date and card holder name in the appropriate space on the Registration Form.
   
• Certified/guaranteed payment cheque:

  Please clearly state the name(s) of the delegate(s), and enclose with the completed Registration Form. The Conference Secretariat regrets that it is unable to accept personal cheques, company cheques or postal orders.

Pending Amounts:
Any differences arising in the registration fees will be collected on site by the Conference Secretariat. In case that registration funds were wired late or, for unexplained reasons, were not credited on the Conference account at the time of registration, a photocopy of the receipt will be required. If no proof of payment can be presented, full payment will be required on site.

Cancellation of Registration and Refunds:
By June 30th, 2007 Full refund, minus 5% of handling fee
After June 30th to July 31st , 2007 60% of the registration fee will be refunded
After July 31st, 2007 No refund

Cancellations must be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat TILESA OPC´s e-mail: ecsmge2007@tilesa.es within dates indicated above.

The appropriate refunds will be made after the close of the Conference. The Conference Secretariat reserves the right to charge the administration fee of 5% for each name or other change of the registration.
